The software we use is from phpbb.com. They have a support section dedicated on how to use phpbb software here.

Administer your board / Log in

To log into your board go to your board itself, login with the username and the password that was emailed to you. Once you have logged in you should see a link called “ Go to Administration Panel ” at the bottom of your forum, you can login here to setup your forum.
